Can sessions be done remotely?

Yes. Most sessions are remote by video or voice. Your guide will share a meeting link after payment.

Is what I share in a reading kept private?

Yes. Practitioners treat sessions as confidential. See our disclaimer for legal framing.

How should I prepare for a reading?

Have your birth details ready for astrology, a clear question, and a quiet space for the call.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Rescheduling is preferred. Refund requests are reviewed case by case by admin.

Do you predict exact outcomes (health, markets, gambling, etc.)?

No. We prohibit predictions about gender, death, health outcomes, gambling, and markets.

Are prices fixed?

Catalog prices are listed in INR, with an approximate USD amount beside them for clients abroad. Payment is collected in rupees. Admin assigns each guide's offer price.

How quickly do you reply to contact form messages?

We aim to respond within 1-2 business days. Unread messages appear in the admin inbox.

What payment methods do you accept?

Razorpay checkout (cards/UPI/wallets as enabled on the merchant account).
